GENERAL BUSINESS CONDITIONS
ORDER
Any
order is valid only after our acceptance. Passed the 48 hours deadline, silence is worth
acceptance.
DELIVERY TIME
The
extent of our range combined with the increasing difficulties of certain provisioning, do
not enable us to hold in permanent stock the whole of the products presented. IT RESTS A
THE PURCHASER TO BE ENSURED OF THE AVAILABILITY OF THE COMMAND OR ITS MANUFACTURING LEAD
TIME. In no case a delay of delivery for some cause that it either cannot give place to
damageses, nor to authorize the cancellation of the command.
TRANSPORT
The
goods always travels to the risk and dangers of the recipients. In the event of damage or
of loss... etc, it is up to this one to carry out all reserves or complaints near the
conveyor and this by letter registered with marked reception. The return of goods can be
done only with our express train agreement. THE COSTS OF TRANSPORT ARE ALWAYS
AT THE CHARGE OF CLIENT.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The
prices mentioned are Net of tax and DEPARTURE our workshop. THEY WILL BE ABLE TO VARY
ACCORDING TO ALL ELEMENTS WICH COULD MODIFY THE COST PRICES.
The
dispatched commands of an amount lower than 80 € will be raised contractually of
10 € F H.T.
- Our invoices are payable in cash at our workshop or by credit card , postal order , or bank transfert
- For payment by credit card, we will need of 16 numbers and the expiration date wrote above your credit card. example: 9999.9999.9999.9999 exp. 99/99
- No discount will be granted for cash payment or anticipated.
CLAUSES OF PROPERTY
The
goods are sold under reserves of the integral payment of the price, or else, the claim
will be able to be exerted on this one under the terms of the provisions of law 80335 of
May 12, 1980.
DISPUTE
In the event of dispute, the commercial court of EVREUX only is recognized and accepted on
both sides.
ACCEPTING
THE PAYMENT BY CHEQUES ( MEMBERSHIP OF A
CENTER OF MANAGEMENT AGREE BY THE TAX AUTHORITIES.
